As a Real Estate Brokerage Firm – Lease Manila is one avenue for our dear clients to seek their ideal home and business space . We are more than glad to help our clients achieve such. At Lease Manila, we provide professional real estate services which specialize in office and residential locations. Other services include consultancy in pre-selling and commercial investment, rentals, and ready for occupancy (RFO) units.
WHO WE ARE
Lease Manila is operated by Vincent Lawrence Chua-Lao, a businessman and his wife, Maribeth Ditching Chua-Lao who has extensive background with real estate (almost 6 years with Alveo, an Ayala Land company and years with general brokerage particularly focused on leasing & resale). Currently we are a member of the CTREB (City of Taguig Real Estate Board) under the PAREB (Philippine Association of Real Estate Boards Inc.)
Helping us in transactions is Margaret Chua-Lao who handles our touchbase, marketing and showings.
We are associated under Remax Capital, one of the strongest franchises of Remax Philippines under the mentorship of Gary Hablero who focuses on investments.
With a “team” with us through the network of Remax Capital and the rest of Remax Philippines (600+ agents) who are equally geared for excellence, Real Estate Satisfaction is Lease Manila’s commitment.
